To secure our services, clients must enter into a separate agreement specifying event details, including date, location, duration, fees, and other relevant terms.
Clients agree to provide accurate event details, cooperate with Foam Boss LLC staff, and ensure a safe environment for the events.
Foam Boss LLC is committed to delivering exciting and memorable parties and events. While we maintain high safety standards, clients and attendees assume a reasonable level of risk associated with participating in our services.
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable venue for the events. Clients agree to cover any damages to the venue caused by the events' attendees.
Details regarding fees, payment schedules, and any additional charges will be specified in the event agreement. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the cancellation of the services.
Any intellectual property associated with Foam Boss LLC's events, including logos and promotional materials, remains the property of Foam Boss LLC.
Foam Boss LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, either party may terminate the event agreement. In the event Foam Boss LLC needs to cancel an event, Foam Boss LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
Foam Boss LLC reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
